大学在学中からフリーランスmonoglafとし8年活動をした後、広告代理店にて企業のスタートアップから数々のWEBサービスを立ち上げる。2021年、クリエイティブチームGLUWO設立。企業のCI、VI、ブランディングを含む、各種デザインを専門とし、大手から小規模な店舗まで数多くのデザインを手がける。

After working as a freelance monoglaf for 8 years while attending university, he launched a number of web services from corporate startups at an advertising agency. In 2021, the creative team GLUWO was established. Specializing in various designs including corporate CI, VI, branding, he handles many designs from large to small stores.

Masakazu Shirahase

DESIGNER / DIRECTOR

大学を卒業後、企業の基幹システム開発部門にてディレクション・開発を担当。後に映像分野にシフトを変え、シネマティックな映像表現を中心にクライアントの要望に沿ったWEB広告までの幅広い動画制作に着手。 2021年から、クリエイティブチームGLUWO設立メンバーとし映像分野で撮影と編集を担当。

After graduating from university, he was in charge of direction and development in the core system development department of a company. Later, he changed his shift to the video field and started producing a wide range of videos, centering on cinematic video expression, to web advertising in line with client requests. Since 2021, he has been a founding member of the creative team GLUWO and has been in charge of shooting and editing in the video field.

Mikio Tanaka

MOTION CREATOR

大手アニメーション企業にてディレクションと制作業務を担当。後にWEBの制作会社にて自社WEBサービスからクライアントのWEBの構築業務を担当。現在GLUWOの設立メンバーとして当チームのWEBサービスを展開すると共にエンジニアとして構築を担当。趣味のイラストでも爆発的な威力を発揮する。

In charge of direction and production work at a major animation company. Later, at a WEB production company, he was in charge of building the client's WEB from his own WEB service. Currently, as a founding member of GLUWO, he is in charge of developing our team's web service and building as an engineer. Demonstrates explosive power even in hobby illustrations.

Hiroki Okamoto

SUPER ENGINEER

ジュエリーデザイナー、接客、セレクトショップのぺージ制作などの経験を経て、WEB制作会社にて、WEB制作・WEBプロモーションに携わる。WEBデザイナーの傍ら、フリーネイリストとしても活動中。現在GLUWOの設立メンバーとし、ディレクションからWEB・紙媒体のデザインをはじめ広報を担当。

After gaining experience as a jewelry designer, customer service, and page production for select shops, he is involved in WEB production and WEB promotion at a WEB production company. Besides being a web designer, he is also active as a free manicurist. Currently, he is a founding member of GLUWO and is in charge of public relations from direction to design of WEB and paper media.
